Taylor's Missing Teeth!!

Okay, so I figured I would write a note about the BIG event of taylor loosing her first teeth (yes I said TEETH) and this morning's event!!

So yesterday after school Taylor comes running up to after her teacher let them out to say "mommy I have a loose tooth" and we we're both soo excited! So many other kids we're loosing teeth and Taylor kept wondering when she would finally lose one. We came home and she was about to eat something and I told her to be careful she didn't swallow it so she stopped eating and said "can you please take it out". I grabbed a napkin and pulled it out, she didn't cry or anything she was SOOOO EXCITED!!! Well, 2 hours later (literally) she came up to me and said "mommy I think I have another loose tooth". "WHAT, NO WAY!" was my reply! Sure enough the tooth right next to the other one (bottom front) was really loose too, (how did I not notice)...so napkin number 2 comes out and yank another tooth for the toothfairy! We put them in a baggie and she ran to put under daddy's pillow (daddy is gone on sea training so both kids are in my bed) The night goes on and she keeps talking about how she is a BIG kid now, and I teased her saying she was like a "jack o latern" oh wrong thing to say to such a proud little girl..."NO mommy that is not nice, I'm a big kid" So teasing stopped! She went to bed early, cause she said she couldn't wait till the toothfairy came...


This morning she popped up in bed and said "mommy look I got money and a note" $2.00 and a note that said the toothfairy was taking the teeth back to toothfairy world and she would be back when Taylor lost more teeth and for Taylor to make sure she brushed her teeth and did NOT eat lots of candy...and to take care of her new teeth when they came in. (short version of the note) Taylor was soo excited and ran to the bathroom to brush her teeth...(funny how when the toothfairy says to remember to brush your teeth, then it's important and you run to do it, but if mommy says to do it then it's a HUGE fight) lol


So we get to school and she shows all her friends, and tells them what she got and the note..well one little girl who was very sweet says "the toothfairy gave me $3.00 for my first tooth". Taylor looks up at me and says "mommy why didn't that toothfairy come to our house, I only got $2.00 for 2 teeth" ....TALK about FUNNY!!!! So I said hmmmm that tooth fairy must of got startled and drop more money, but just think you still have tons of more teeth to lose so you will have lots of money before long...(not a good save but all I could come up with on a dime) So I looked at the mom and said "man our toothfairy jipt (sp) us...ha ha ha ha She laughed!!!! So we go to wait in her line for the teacher and Taylor says "mommy its okay I got $2.00, cause she (the little girl who got $3.00) didn't get a special note like I did" AWWWWWWWWWWW I just wanted to cry, I LOVE HER AND soo happy she is my daughter!!!!
